Turbo Fire has to be one of the Beachbody workout programs that burns the most calories. You can easily burn up to 600 calories per workout (or even more) and your heart rate will soar throughout! We decided to use our fitness calorie tracker bracelets to see a side by side comparison of each of the workouts. We’ll share how many calories we burned with Turbo Fire!
Not only do these workouts get your heart rate to sky rocket, but the workouts are FUN. The music is amazing and the time just flies by. (Much like it does when I workout to Shaun T’s Cize program!) Turbo Fire will always be one of my most favorite Beachbody workouts! Additionally, it is hard to compare any other workout to it with regards to calorie burn!

Next, I tracked the calorie burn of all of the Turbo Fire HIIT workouts. These workouts are much shorter, but they incorporate high intensity interval training intended to give you the maximum calorie burn possible. Remember that you will continue to burn more calories after doing this workout. When you work your heart at such a high level, the calorie burn will be higher than average hours after doing your workout.
All of my workouts are tracked using my awesome Fitbit Charge HR 2. If you don’t have one of these bad boys, I highly recommend them. My calorie burn isn’t reflective necessarily of yours. A 4’11 woman will burn less doing these workouts than a 6’4 man, for example! It is all about your size, weight, and how much effort you put into the workout!

Over the next few days, I’ll be updating this page with the rest of the Turbo Fire HIIT workouts and the Core and Strength training workouts. My go-to workout for when I want to burn a ton of calories is Fire 60. I love the music so much and burn over 600 calories in about 55 minutes. It’s an absolute blast! If you haven’t tried Turbo Fire, I highly recommend in. The music and moves are fresh and the exercises are athletic-based so the choreography isn’t complicated like a dance workout. If you have tried any of these workouts, please post your Turbo Fire calorie burn below in the comments section so we can compare!
