“Hammer” is the nickname for trainer Sagi. His workouts include “Hammer Plyometrics” which is a training workout that focuses on a variety of speed jumping movements. Additionally, “Total Body Hammer”, another workout that takes you through a variety of strength training sets to build your strength and muscles.
“Chisel” is trainer Autumn and she stars in workouts such as “Iso Strength Chisel”. This is a workout that uses resistance to help burn calories and tone your body. There is also “Chisel Cardio”, a full body cardio workout to burn fat and calories.
How do the Portion Control Containers Work?
In this workout program, you get seven different portion control containers. These will help you monitor your food intake and make sure you aren’t over-eating. Each container is a different color and each color belongs to a different food group. For example, if you need to eat 1200-1400 calories to lose weight, you will eat a certain number of containers each day to meet that 1200 calorie need.
Each container stands for a different food group. The yellow container is for carbohydrates, the red container is for proteins, green for vegetables, purple for fruits, orange for fats and the blues are for seeds and dressings.
